"Creative Expressions"
His presentation will be a comilation of his three print talks and will include a bit of abstract too.
He will also be showing some of his print work.
Jonathan is a photographic educator based in Bedfordshire. Relatively new to photography, buying his first camera in 2011, his foundations are purely digital. He has many photographic acknowledgements including London Salon medal awarded in 2017 and he became a member of the London Salon of Photography in 2024. He educates for several online organisation with a global reach and the RPS. He is an A panel National Judge and circuit lecturer visiting 150 clubs each season. Jonathan is a PermaJet Envoy, DxO Labs tutor and is affiliated to Wex Photo Video, Jessops, Cartridge Monkey and Q-Image. He is a honorary member of Cambridge Camera Club and a member of Beyond Group. His images are created using several in-camera techniques and he uses post processing to “polish” his work.

John Birch is an award-winning wildlife photographer and former police detective turned freelance photojournalist, based in the rugged Cumbrian North Pennines.
He is passionate about capturing images and sharing stories of the incredible creatures with whom we share our world. His focus is on what the land itself reveals — ecological mechanisms, shifting wildlife populations and the lived realities of conservation. His writing offers a calm, balanced voice grounded in the field, not the politics.
